How the CopySync Affiliate Program works
Refer traders to CopySync with your personal link, and earn a recurring share of every subscription they pay — automatically tracked in your dashboard and paid out on request.
These are the standard terms. Your dashboard always shows the exact rate, duration, and payout minimum that apply to your account — individually agreed terms (a higher rate, a longer duration, or lifetime commissions) may differ.
In a nutshell
Get your referral link
When your affiliate account is created you receive a unique referral link and code (e.g. copysync.net/?ref=YOURCODE). You’ll find both in your affiliate dashboard.
Share it with traders
Post your link wherever you reach traders — YouTube, a signal group, a blog, social media, or one-to-one. Anyone who clicks it is tagged as your referral. Want to know which channel works best? Add &sub=your-label to your link (e.g. copysync.net/?ref=YOURCODE&sub=yt-video-03) to tag each traffic source — you’ll see the label next to every referral in your dashboard.
They sign up & subscribe
When a new customer signs up through your link (or enters your code) and pays for a CopySync subscription, they’re permanently attributed to you.
You earn on every payment
You earn 30% of the net subscription revenue on each qualifying invoice for the first 12 paid months of every customer you referred — not just the first payment.
Get paid
Once your cleared balance reaches the minimum (€50), request a payout via PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer — right from your dashboard.
Your referrals stay anonymous
For your privacy and your referrals’, identities are never shown. Each referral appears in your dashboard with an anonymous ID plus the tracking data you can verify — signup time, sub-label, landing page, plan, status, and commission.
Add &sub=your-label to your referral link to tag traffic sources (e.g. yt-video-03), so you can see exactly which channel brings paying customers.
How your commission is calculated
You earn a percentage of the net subscription revenue — that’s the amount the customer pays excluding VAT/taxes and payment fees. Here’s a simple example with the standard 30% rate:
Refer 10 customers on that plan and you’d earn roughly €1,080 over their first year — and it keeps stacking with every new customer you bring in.
When does a commission become payable?
Every commission goes through a few states so that refunds and chargebacks are covered before money is paid out:
- Pending — the commission is recorded the moment the customer’s payment clears, and is held for a short clearance period (30 days by default) to account for possible refunds.
- Payable — after the clearance period it becomes part of your available balance and can be paid out.
- Paid — included in a payout that CopySync has sent to you.
If a customer payment is refunded, disputed, or charged back, the related commission is voided. Self-referrals (using your own link on your own account) don’t qualify.
Getting paid out
- Choose your preferred payout method in Settings: PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer.
- The Request payout button unlocks once your available (cleared) balance reaches the minimum for your method — €50 for PayPal and Wise, €70 for bank transfer.
- Payouts are made in EUR and processed manually by our team. You can track each payout’s status in your dashboard.
- Before your first payout you’ll be asked to read and accept the affiliate terms.
Tips to earn more
- Show CopySync in action — a short demo or screen recording converts far better than a plain link.
- Explain who it’s for: prop-firm traders, signal followers, MT4→MT5 users, hedge/netting accounts.
- Be transparent that you use an affiliate link — it builds trust and satisfies most platform rules.

Frequently asked questions
How long am I paid for each customer?
With the standard terms you earn on the first 12 paid months of each referred customer. Some affiliates have individually agreed terms with a longer duration or lifetime commissions — your dashboard shows exactly what applies to you.
When is a referral “mine”?
Attribution is set at sign-up and is permanent for that customer. If they already had an account, or were already referred by someone else, no new attribution is created.
What if a customer cancels or gets a refund?
You keep the commissions already earned on cleared payments. A refunded, disputed, or charged-back payment voids its related commission, and you simply stop earning once the customer stops paying (or after the 12-month window).
Do I need a company to join?
No. You can join as an individual. You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes due on your commissions in your own country.
